For about the past 20 years, food has been my life. Most of that time was spent in the kitchens of fine dining restaurants in Summit County, Colorado and Jackson, Wyoming. In 2016, I discovered my love of teaching through facilitating cooking classes at Colorado Mountain College in Breckenridge, CO and The Santa Fe School of Cooking in Santa Fe, NM. During the shoulder seasons, I used my time off to travel all over the world to taste what other cultures had to offer. I love to incorporate those flavors and methods into what I prepare for my clients.

From Northern New Mexico to Mexico and Central America, to Southeast Asia, Western Europe, and the Middle East, I enjoy sharing the flavors and techniques I’ve experienced. Helping to make people happy with food and empowering others by teaching them different techniques and how to use ingredients is what makes this work so much fun.
